Today I completed all my housework so I the did some diamond art and will cook myself a nice dinner @amber22

Definitely @Captain24 @june23- I feel like it can be especially important to have a reward especially after harder or more challenging things, although dopamine could provide an extra one just by completing the task!

@amber22A small reward I like is having a cup of tea, although I have so many throughout the day that maybe it loses its power as a reward 🤣
