was that the Hal 9000.  remember him singing daisy to dave,  as they pulled the plug. Even by todays standards, a unique film.

@Appleblossom   What have you been up to lately. Hope you are on the sunny side of that mountain.

Winter shadows can look daunting to city gardens and dwellers, unless your an oak.  I wonder if they

feel a sense of cleansing and renewal they lay golden leaf  carpets in the parks.   Wisdom  definatley  rests on the nock of your bow,  and you sure make every arrow count.  Think you know what I mean.

ohh I didnt get Daisy also thought was 2000 ha ha @tonys  kubrick can be brilliant, well he is. FMJ is real re basic training, ok with allowances for styles between US and @ Tab in australia , but may have been a few loaded weapons around near the end.things got a bit weird.

Been using garden shears and secateurs on jasmine at back fence. A real sleeping beauty style overgrown job. @tonys I know it could be more efficient getting a hedge trimmer but not sure it would be good for my neck and therefore more a hassle thn a help.

Thankyou @Appleblossom .  Mate,  I'm with you on mechanized gardening.  Sometimes placing a machine between us and our botanical, surgical , creative  delights,   just wouldnt seem right.  Like giving a massage with dishwashing gloves.  The feel of a quality gardening tool,  excising and sculpturing,   well

you know what I mean.   I'm not sure whether I like the overgrown look,  or just cant face. . letting go.
