LIVE EVENT // Forums Changes: Community Update // Monday 8 July 2024, 7-8pm AEST

Good afternoon everyone,

As you have seen on the main forums, we have been working through implementing co-design feedback through an update of the community guidelines and revising our forums categories.

We have further works planned in the coming months, and will be holding a one-hour Zoom webinar on Monday 8 July at 7pm AEST to provide you with a further briefing on what’s happening and allow you to input into this process.

Here’s some of what we will be covering on the night:

• New forum categories
  • Final category list
  • Timeline and plan for migration of existing threads
• Landing page re-design: improving the way you find your way around the forums
  • Scope of work
  • Call for volunteers to help test new designs
• Group Hubs (e.g., Yarning Space, Veterans Hub, Educators Hub, Co-design Hub)
  • How do they work and who can participate?
• Account management
  • Improvements to the login and registration flow

How do I provide feedback on the night?

I will run through a presentation on camera to summarise the different pieces of work coming up.  You will be able to ask questions and provide feedback in the live chat.

What if I can’t make it along?

We will be recording the webinar for those who can’t attend on the night and making it available here.  You can review the recording and provide any further feedback here in the co-design hub.
