I feel for you the sleepless nights. It certainly does your in. Don't have any real solution for you except the usual no screens, wait until your tired, write down what is keeping your mind so busy...
I have found 1 solution though which may help. Worth a try anyway.
Got to be careful here about using brand names.
It's a malt drink "H***icks" about 1/2 hour before bed. Then again if still not sleeping after another 1/2 .
Using full cream milk.
Give it go and of course talk to your mental health care professional ✨️
