Wow, I'm impressed with your dedication. Unfortunately for me, I stopped practising my Japanese after Year 12, so I have forgotten all I've learnt, such a shame. It's so nice that you have been able to make a good friend over there. Our family went on a big trip in 2018 and my kids loved it so much they are actually returning now as adults with their partners this year. I'm very excited for them! Hopefully you can find some cheap deals for yourself, good luck!
