• A group of inherited disorders that mostly affect the skin, joints and blood vessels. 
• Symptoms include overly flexible joints that can dislocate, and skin that's translucent, elastic and bruises easily. In some cases, there may be dilation and even rupture of major blood vessels

Does anyone else have EDS?

I'm tired of the constant pain and suffering I get from this. I dislocated my shoulder 3 times since Friday. It hurts so much. 

I'm reaching out to see if someone understands what I'm going through. I feel alone and feel like people just think I make this stuff up.

It's hard to deal with sometimes. I hadn't dislocated anything in years and now this. The pain sucks.

Hi @The-red-centaur , that sounds quite painful. Have you seen your local GP? It may be more helpful than a mental health website such as this one. Or you could perhaps try and do an online search for more info.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening for you. I've read about it and it sounds really painful. I have some hypermobility and was afraid I had it. But I don't have other symptoms. I hope you find some others who might have it. Have you tried Facebook for groups? I am in a few really supportive FB groups for some health issues I've had and find them really great.
