Accountability -self care day

Hello!

oh man has it been a week already or a life really😂 Anyway after yesterdays many meltdowns and emotions I decided last night I am putting the fight off today. I have turned notifications off my emails. I am not engaging anything that isn't positive or doesn't support self care today. I choose me and I choose rest. I will not open an email or message and be met with the pressure of business hours and the constant emails of disappointments. I choose to put it away for today in hopes to calm my mind and body and find rest.

so I am here.
I stayed here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRW6aNkLcc4

then chair yoga

then finishing the last piece to my officially first professionally edited book.

why am I here? Because I have this in my calendar since last year and never really achieved. So if I get till 12pm I'll be proud. Regardless, baby steps, trying despite of my challenging environment.

whats your go to self care?
