Psychedelic Assisted Therapy

Psychedelic Assisted Therapy

After trying every other available treatment (meds, ECT, TMS etc) over 35 years for depression and for 7+ years PTSD, but still getting very worse, I've just started an esketamine program (I'm avoiding the 'psychotherapy' term because they don't provide any such integration). I'm interested if anyone else has been involved in something similar, such as psychedelic assisted therapy. I've been working hard to prepare and am trying to maximise the chances of it helping with a major shift. Done heaps of reading, research etc but first hand exchanges seem a lot richer.

Re: Psychedelic Assisted Therapy

Hi and welcome, @Nixtone . I haven't had this therapy myself but I've read a few news articles about it and it seems positive and hopeful for those whose regular treatments haven't helped.

Good luck with it...
