Thanks for the tag in this thread @Shaz51, I haven't been diagnosed as I don't want to add to the list of things, but I've been told I display many many many traits of having ADHD.

@Shaz51 oh snap! My Son has been diagnosed with ADHD!
I always thought he just had a different way of thinking, just like his dad.

Can’t argue that @tyme @Shaz51 @Sparky79 in my family we have three generations of ADHD + anxiety and dyslexia. The common comorbid companions.
For me it’s a relief to be around other people with ADHD. There’s a language shorthand and we see things that other people miss.
The “Did you see that?” moments, that lead to laughing until your stomach hurts.
But it can be very difficult and exhausting trying to fit into a neurotypical world.
Are you creative?

@Glisten Oh don't start me on dyslexia, I have a touch of it, when I was a child I'd write letters the wrong way, get confused which hand I wore my watch on or wrote with and nowadays if I'm not super focused I'll still swap digits when I'm reading and writing a number, which when you're marking a ceiling for downlight hole spacings can be a major pain in the poopa!

@Sparky79 mate.
You don’t have a “touch” of dyslexia.
You have dyslexia.
It’s like saying, I have a touch of broken leg.
Have you spoken to your son’s psychiatrist?
