the idahobit event was very fun. it was so engaging and interesting cause i got to meet like much younger people than me who is in the lgbtqia+ community, making me feel even more proud of everyone.

and about teaching, it is my goal not only create safe spaces for kids at school, but also to create safe space for fellow educators and others around me

@ale_inmelb ohh i see! is there similar organisations and spaces like that for adults that you're planning on joining?

 

oh i love that! i had some teachers who were apart of the LGBTQIA+ community but they didn't feel safe sharing that with us students until after they left the school... i wish they had a safe space at our school, it would've also opened some really healthy and important convos between teachers and students.

i feel like applying for youth leader with minus 18 this year for next year. and as for the adult lgbtqia+ im mainly on sane forum anyway for discussion, but havent really looked at any other sources yet
