@BlueBay   hey BlueBay ditto with reading i dont have the concentration either unfortunately.  my big hobby atm is getting fitter.  i have lost two dress sizes!  i had to as it was getting out of control .... i am on shakes which i can tolerate ... actually i really dont mind them 😄  have to start walking again soon my health has taken a fall since i have seen you 😞
