Glad things are going better @janedoe2, sticking with it is great.
Maybe writing your own story first will help in many ways. Not only letting you perhaps access more of your imagination but it can also help deal with issues from the past. I did for me, but I took the drastic step of putting it out on the web and in a book too. I don't know of many people who would want to go THAT far! So write it for yourself. Maybe it will help you focus on the things you really need to.
Take care.

Can't wait to see some pics @CherryBomb.
My sisters coming over from Perth for my mums birthday party next week & bringing me one of her old DSLR cameras. I was going to get another of hers she's selling but she thinks this one will be better for learning, sort of a step between the standard digital & a fully manual DSLR. Can't wait.
@janedoe2, came across a quote today that has some relevance here. While the whole quote is directed at another issue & I'll share it with someone else on the forums later, I think this part says a lot:
Writing is an important avenue for heeling because it gives you the opportunity to define your own reality.
You can say: This did happen to me. It was that bad.
I will share thee full quote later in a thread I think it really relates to.
Take care

I wish you luck on the journey @janedoe2. I hope it helps to release the creative you.
I've had my story out in the world for a number of years but never my full story, from start to finish. I think soon I may sit down & do it all, from my earliest childhood memory (probably where a lot of my problems started) to my trip through my own hell to now, where I feel I am generaly coping with being me. It will be a long, quite possibly boring to many. But if I do it just maybe I'll free myself a little more.
Take care.
