I've got a meeting with a SANE counsellor at 11.15 this morning,  @Dreamy  The recovery group is next week. Hopefully my meals on wheels are ready for me to pick up after that. That's all I've got on today, but I'll be looking for something else to do. Maybe have a cuppa with a friend. I find I have to get out of my place every day because it's so small. Don't get me wrong. I'm grateful for it. I squatted for 2 months after a massive flood and got this place, so I was stoked! I'll be on here today to connect. 💛

@heartathome hope the meeting goes well this morning 😊. Having a cuppa with a friend sounds lovely and I can understand the need for getting out. I'm very much a hermit crab and prefer to stay home but in saying that I just took my puppy for his first proper walk 😊. So glad that you were able to get a place, sorry to hear about the massive flood though. I'll also be around today to connect ❤️

@Dreamy  Aww, a puppy! 😍 When did you get it? How old, what sex and what breed? Have you got a photo that you can put up here? The puppy is bound to get you out of the house more.

@heartathome he's 8 months old and he's actually my assistance dog in training 😊. I've been wanting to take him for a walk for ages but I talk myself out of it at the last minute everytime due to anxiety but today I actually did it 😊.

Oh, he's beautiful @Dreamy ! Is he a Labrador? My son had Mind Dog training his dog, Polly, as a support dog. She needed more than 12 months training because she was an older rescue and didn't have good manners. My son didn't want to continue on her training which was a shame, but Polly has learnt quite a lot from it. She will be10 in December, I'm her mum but she's definitely a dad's dog! I don't know how to put photo's up yet, but she'll be up here when I do. 😉
