Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

@avant-garde  my auntie is a retired teacher librarian. It’s a lifestyle vocation. Walking vault of English literature knowledge.

She has ye olde timey teacher voice 😆

My cousin and I make random quotes from movies Princess Bride and Labyrinth 😆

@PeppyPatti

I find it upsetting when people assume you need to be employed to be your trained occupation

I *am* an unemployed librarian

Unemployed is the status not the occupation.

I am no less a librarian for being unemployed.

Re: ~ The Toolshed ~

@Glisten

It is a lifestyle, I love the research side of things, been employed as a research assistant during my grad dip and really found my rhythm.

I love enabling libraries to be more accessible for the challenged in our communities... truly believing that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn...
