Didn't do too well in the morning today but had a nice surprise visit from relatives and friends this
afternoon. What a difference a friend' s visit can do to one's morale. We take these people for granted
sometimes, not always thinking what they mean to us. I must make more personal effort to go see more
people as keeping in touch can help one's positive outlook on life. Have a good weekend with this
fine autumn weather. Bimby2

Hi @Bimby2
How good are friends! Particularly when they unexpectantly boost your wellbeing.
It can be hard to remember to keep in touch. Days, weeks, months (& sometimes years!) fly by.
A couple of my friends & I book in time for the first Tuesday night of each month to hang out - either at one of our houses or dinner/movie. Now it's locked into my calendar, I very rarely miss it!
