hello and welcome @Gayrizzler3 , @Amandakate @kimberlyskye

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

Hi All,

I am 47 year old single professional lady and I have lost my full time job of 14 years in July this year. I have been looking for work but despite my great experience, it has been difficult to land a job as yet but I am hopeful it is a matter of time. I am a positive person therefore I think the more you love yourself the better energy you put out there, you can be infectious with positive energy 🙂 got myself a new hairdo today and also listening to Mantras/chants as well as journaling and reading some inspiring books is my way of looking after myself.

I wish you all peace and happiness

Ruby

Hello 🙂

Thank you for the invite!!

I read a lot of self help books and parenting books eeep!

I love watching Travel Guides every night with my 11 year old boy so we can giggle together and enjoy super funny people who get to go to incredible places.

We are a jigsaw family too. What is your latest creation?

Re: Newbie's Social Club - Come make some friends!

hi @Shaz51

Have you read the Alchemist (Paulo Coelho) or Way of the Wizard (Deepak Chopra)? These are stories but there is deep philosophical meaning behind it. I have over 30 books in the genres of Mental Health/Philosophy/Religious and Spiritual/Health and Wellbeing/Self help and psychology. The only fiction books I read are the ones with deep meaning or if there is something I can learn and apply in my day to day life.. no I am not that serious haha, it inspires me that's all 🙂
