Night Shift

Re: Night Shift

This a bit of a Hi and G'night.
I've had a long day intense computer stuff of taking and working with images that have to be nigh on perfect. As a result I have to keep on picking my eyeballs up from my knees and putting them back in their sockets. It's amazingly rewarding work but very tiring. Ever the mystery woman I really can't give any more information about this type of work

Sorry to hear quite a number of you are dealing with tough times. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Stand tall and plod on with pig-headed determination.
Hoping the sandman visits you all with a night of relaxing and healing sleep xx

Re: Night Shift

Hi @Shaz51

How am I tonight ?

I'm gonna re-post the image you sent us last week on this thread ...

It's pure gold ❣

Everything is as in-place as its gonna be for the moment, so I am going to "down tools" a bit for the weekend and just coast as much as possible.

Take care of you too ❤️❤️

Re: Night Shift

Nooooooooooo@Shaz

You do not need trouble with your gall bladder - you do not

Have you been having headaches in you tummy or headaches?

Any pain is giving us a message but on-going pain can drag us down

Thinking of you

Re: Night Shift

@Appleblossom, take good care in any absence you may need from the forum. We've had a long time exchanging messages here and I will be thinking of you during this challenging time. Heart

Re: Night Shift

Hi @Mazarita how was your day?

@Decadian  I've been thinking about you ever since your post about the Royal Commission you were involved in.  No wonder you are such a font of wisdom and strength.

Re: Night Shift

Hi @PeppiPatty

You are sounding better this week ❤️

Re: Night Shift

Hey @eth, everyone. I have lazy tagging fingers tonight, hope you'll forgive the 'everyone'.

Just woke up from a couple of hours sleep. After much matchsticking of eyes for a couple of hours, I fell asleep in the chair while dinner was being cooked and didn't make it to the eating part. Day was pretty good aside from my naughty nap. Dentist this morning for a proper teeth clean. Not my favorite treatment as I have sensitive teeth and gums so there was a lot of jerking around going on in the chair. But afterwards I couldn't stop smiling in the mirror, hehe. Support worker came today. We are down to visits every two weeks now, which indicates that I've made progress in my time with her. We went for a beach walk together and I unpacked things since we last met, the appointments I've missed, the ones I've made, with some talk about Buddhism and what's going on with her along the way. Partner had his ultrasound for his 'men's trouble' today but they gave him no indication of anything they might or might not have seen, so the wait continues for any news there until his GP visit on Monday (postponing the worries as much as possible, the pair of us). That's about it so far.

Hope you have been finding bright moments throughout this day.

Re: Night Shift

@Mazarita  That was a big day.  And you had a broken night before it too.  No wonder you crashed out early tonight.  I like your philosophy of postponing the worries.  Hoping your partner gets good news on Monday.

Re: Night Shift

Oh no not the gallbladder, mine turned out to be heart! I get my work clearance to go back on Monday.

Re: Night Shift

@eth, yes, we are both hoping for good news. I love @Faith-and-Hope's lemon and honey offering to you, whether it's art that is 'found' or not. Please keep posting the art! Glad to hear you are getting that some lemon and honey in real life too, @eth. Hope health picks up for you really quickly and that the upped med dose levels out fast too.
