Yep, just finished participating in the anxiety special event with Sarah Wilson. Will take a break from here after this post because the event was quite fast paced and intense. But just want to say yay for @Shaz51 getting the ute and hearing aid back. And to agree with what @eth has said to you @Jacques about needing to see a different psychiatrist (how could you ever trust the one you have been referred to?) Most GPs will be fine with that kind of request. If you are too anxious to organise it and your mum is able to do it, that's great. So sorry to hear you are coughing up blood. I had chest x-rays too recently. They are quick and easy to get through. Gentle hugs to you my friend.
