@Oaktree it was my gp. I go back to the hospital cardiologist who ordered the test Monday. 

I'm feeling unsure atm as my psychologist also vetoes discussion - says she'll provide a course of EMDR but no support.

It's been an eventful day. We had a really bad storm this afternoon that didn't last long but did a lot of damage.

I’m sorry to hear about waiting for EMDR, too. 
I do understand how disheartening it can be; I’ve been in a similar situation with psychology recommending EMDR and then I was unable to get access, unfortunately.

Good evening guys. Pretty quiet day here today. Just went to art this morning. Worked on macrame

And then I went to the hospital to see mum 

And then had my hair done 

Very hot here today @Dimity , @Oaktree , @Former-Member , @StuF , @Jynx , @tyme 

Tomorrow is melanoma surgery for Mr shaz 

And hairdresser for my mum ❤️
