As if life isn’t bad enough. Now, on top of everything else, I’ve just hurt my back really badly. I can’t even sit down. I just can’t catch a break.

Nothing is open here on weekends. @creative_writer. No doctors surgery and no physio. The only place I can go is ED. 

I think I’ve slipped more discs in my spine. The pain bought tears to my eyes and I have a strong pain tolerance.  I’ve taken a lot of pain relief! At least I can now sit on the lounge. 

It’s not helping my mental state at all. I am really not ok. But unfortunately I’m safe. 

I’m sorry for dumping this on you.

@Captain24, no need to apologise, I know from talking to other people, back pain can be debilitating. Physical pain is never good for mental health. I'm glade you are safe, you are worth more than you realise ❤️ ❤️

Not great, but I gotta get uni done. At least I'm getting there slowly.
