Lucky family @Snowie and I’m sure it smells delicious.
Do you go to the snow in 2 weeks? Good timing if you do.

Mum goes in on the Tues and we go to the snow on the Thurs @Eve7 She comes out after we get home.
I asked the lady for those dates if possible. She couldn't assure me them at that stage, but luckily they could accommodate my request. She is happy that she doesn't have to go to my brothers house. Those two argue a lot and are very alike. Just don't tell them that!!
At least I will know she is safe and happy (well hopefully) so I can actually enjoy my time away.
Have you got much on this week?

I usually meet up every Tuesday and occasionally on Sundays @Snowie . We’re all retired and on our own so it’s a good support network. We’ve been to Bali, Noosa and Darwin together.
My pdoc is good and very kind. I know I’m very lucky to have her. How is it with your pdoc?

That's nice that you have a group of you @Eve7 Even better if you have travelled together.
Nice having that friendship.
I'm glad you have found a good pdoc. Sometimes it is so hard.
My pdoc is good. I have had him for over 4 years now. He is easy to talk to.
I hope the rest of your day is going well.

I’m glad you have a good pdoc @Snowie it certainly makes a huge difference.
Breakfast was ok this morning but one of our group told us her cancer has returned. She’s been in remission for years and now they are saying she has 2 years at most left. That really changed our morning.
I saw you went shopping on your own. Well done!

Oh that is terrible news @Eve7 would certainly changed your morning. It is very upsetting to them but also to those that are close to her. How are you feeling about it?
Yes, told mum a lie and went shopping by myself. I feel bad but just needed that time. It takes so much out of me when I take her. I know it's not her fault but I feel more like a carer than a daughter these days.

I can understand you needing to shop alone @Snowie please don’t feel bad about looking after you.
The news was a shock because she looks so well right now. It’s scary how our lives can change so quickly. I just feel sad.
