I’ve just started working again after taking a six month break. It has me stressed and struggling. I also have a overseas holiday in 12 days and I am worried about how I will go being away from home for three weeks.

It's no good if your holiday will stress you out, I guess you could book another holiday to recover?

I actually don't have any advice.

I was in a similar situation that I booked a holiday but as it was approaching it made me very nervous. In the end it was a stressful holiday but the destinations were pretty far and exclusive so all it did was make for a good story (that often makes people uncomfortably jealous) (and now I know where to find some things in the world a bit better, and have really good trip planning skills to possibly start a new career around it) haha.
