Disclaimer, I am all for responsible riding.

 

But jokes aside, riding my bike helps.

 

I remember a time sitting in front of a psychologist listing to the repeat speal about mindfulness thinking this is stupid. Then the penny dropped 

 

Hey, this is kind of what I do when I ride.

Situational awareness is a big part of defensive riding .

@Shaz51 @Determined depends on what needs 'out' haha - but mainly movement, especially dance!! I often boogie my feelings out hehehe
