Suicide prevention resources

Hi

What resources have people who struggle in this area actually find helpful?

Not the short term distractions.

Has anyone managed to flip this deep and very strong feeling long-term?

Thank you

Re: Suicide prevention resources

I'm sorry I don't have any answers for you @Undo , but you are not alone in feeling this.

The closest I can offer is to find a purpose in life. Something *worth* living for. And when you discover what that is, keeping that goal in sight.

It's not a "resource" in terms of a program or guide. Just the only thing that I have been able to use for short to medium term.

Are there times when you feel it is easier to live?

Are there times when you don't think about suicide?

If so, is there any themes or similarities between those times that might give some insight into what might help for you?
