WTF

Went 2 gym again today after a 1 hour workout on sunday Talked 2 kayla the instuctor who set my routine  up 3 weeks ago when i joined said  i was finding to easy now she has added 4 new routines 1 is so punishing  but she i s going 2 be my Personal Trainer come Friday

Well done!! That's great news 🙂 another week and you'll have these new routines become easier at this rate!! You may be inspiring me to get off my butt!!

I used to run - I loved long distance running outside, but my knees are not so sturdy any more after too many injuries to count so soft treadmills are better. Also used to do Pilates inbetween to strengthen core and tone. I was addicted to the pain feeling the days after knowing that I'd successfully pushed myself and was doing something! Hard now as a single mama.

That's great @Jamc, very inspirational to hear that you are motivated and getting exercise. 

I'm like @Former-Member, my knees are no good when it comes to running. I do yoga though 6 days a week, but some cardio would be nice. Maybe swimming could be good. I just find it so hard to get motivated though. How do you get motivated @Jamc? Any tips for us?
