@Smc  we are thinking of going away for the weekend of my birthday but we are now thinking about not too with my mum

Sounds delicious. 
I love leftovers. No cooking. We try and do a big cook on Sunday night so it lasts a few nights. Me and hubby work full time so it's convenient for us.

@Scoo, currently waiting for it to get up to the boil before adding the pasta. 🙂 Cheese is grated, herbs are chopped up ready to add at the last minute. (Parsley and chives.)

I went for the beach walk. The colours of the ocean and sky are really pretty are dusk/twilight. 
Patted a gorgeous golden retriever who was happy to have a swim even though it's getting a bit cold 

Good bye for now I'm off to the kitchen.
