Lol @tyme @Shaz51 @PeppyPatti
I think I'll take that Hot Choc. Whilst my calendar starts on a Sunday, my "week" starts on Monday 😉🤭. Ah, back to work tomorrow.
But that's not a bad thing - I probably need it for my thinking brain. 😊 I just wish I didnt feel so tired in the mornings and evening.
So for me youre both right?? Lol. Im just weird.

Love it @AlwaysMyself - we're both right!
If you don't mind me asking, what do you do for work? Don't have to be specific. Just the area of work (if you wanted to share)

@tyme I've done a few different jobs over my years, and sort of "fell" into what I'm currently doing. I'm sort of a mix between a Business Analyst and a non-programming Business Intelligence analyst in public health. I help people with defining consistent meaning of information (data in clinical records), where that goes in the software, and how people can then use that in a report - for business decisions, clinical care support, or for national reporting and funding. Sometimes I look into why the program spits out information we didnt expect - and whether it matches what was initially entered, or why someone may have entered the wrong (or no!) information
I like that I get to learn a lot about how the health system works but also about a lot of health problems (and what good clinical care looks like) or specialities/services.
It's good knowing what the government monitors for healthcare safety. But it is also somewhat eye opening about all the things that can go wrong.

That's sounds so so interesting @AlwaysMyself ! Though I gotta say that statistics was NOT my strength at uni...

I only did a one basic stats subject at uni, but I liked it. 🤓 but I'm often good with the maths-based subjects: accounting, economics, finance, etc. Exept for my numerical dyslexia 🤣🤭 its ironic and an archilles heel for math.
But I enjoy real-world problem solving and process improvements (hence business analysis work).
What's your work history @tyme ? (If you are comfortable to share)
Im aware whilst talking about working that not everyone has been or is able to. And I want to also say that is OK, and people are no less valuable or important if they dont work (whether due to health, choice, or difficulties getting a foot in). And volunteer work is equal to "work" in my opinion too, its just as beneficial (or more??) to the community and building a better and supportive world. 🥰 sometimes even just being a good neighbour to someone or a friendly smile as you pass in the street can be making a difference too.
