Already been out to collect some orders @Faith-and-Hope so now the rest of the weekend can be at home resting in between work that I need to do. I still have to get some things out of the car but I will get the trolley out when the rain stops to do that because I cannot carry things with my back.

@Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Shaz51 @tyme @Eve7 Had my independant assessment today - it did not seem to go well so I am expecting they will advise the department the injury is not solely work related. Feeling very flat. As if I didn't need that on top of the pain but what can you do! I think my past GPs notes did not help but I can't do anything about that. My GP has been so supportive and exceptional in her care of me over many years but a bit annoyed that she recorded things wrong from the beginning of this injury and that will no doubt count against me. Just got to make it to the end of the year the best I can, see what happens and take it from there.

Definitely feel more today that it won't be approved @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Eve7 Just need to get through the next few weeks and see where to go from there 😢

With all the movement and walking yesterday, today it is so much worse so already have had night meds and pain killers and another early night coming up as soon as the fur babies have their night buscuits.
