Ohhh @TAB , mr shaz said something about the fan belt , the hooks were bent , a couple broken but the mechanic had the parts because a few cars have had the same thing happen

drink of water , wait for back to loosen up a bit then drive to shops ok should walk ha ha then will wait 15mins and do some stretches
