totally okay to be confused, we're here to help! as per our guidelines, we don't facilitate any face-to-face interactions, so in this case the cuppa is a virtual one! the members like to grab a cuppa and sit by their screen to chat/connect 😊
you can respond to @Shaz51's message on that thread by clicking the 'reply' button to her message. also to tag members, you can type the @ symbol and write out their username and select it. when it turns blue, this means the person tagged will receive a notification. it'll look like this: @Former-Member
