Re: Writing and receiving letters via virtual post

@Lilaca @Sophia1

Dear Friend,

Well done my friend you made me laugh. Laughing is good for my soul. My hope is that our friendship grows and remains pure and true. I have a big tummy and could do with some exercise myself but alas my mind is always on my next meal. I really do need to reassess my priorities. Thank you for your friendship, it feels very genuine.

All my love,

Eeyore

P.S.

I can't wait for Sophia to log on and find that her idea is working 😀. This thought makes me happy

Dear Friend,

I am glad I made you laugh.

Eeyore always seems gloomy,

but not when surrounded by friendship.

We will always be a good cheer to good ol' Eeyore.

I am always feeling my tummy,

sensing if it's the right time for my next meal.

Alas, meal time isn't ready,

I can only rub on my grumbling tummy.

@Sophia1 may have been busy.

We need not ever worry.

She'll appear when she's ready.

Our troop will always be three.

Your Pooh Bear,

Always.

So stay happy.

Dear Friend,

I am feeling the need to apologise again. I hope I am not overwhelming you with the sheer volume of letters that you are receiving. I am enjoying the connection. This is indeed a fun idea. What's for dinner tonight? I had takeaway chicken and chips.
Thank you @Sophia1 for this fun virtual mailbox.

All my love,

Eeyore

Dear Friend,

Tuck in to your chicken and chips.

It sure sounds yummy indeed.

Well, I had my potato curries,

next to sweet smelling basmati.

With a glass of honey drink,

and a dash of lemon and mint.

I am always open to an invite

for a meal or a glass of honey drink.

We shall chat in front of the firewood

of our good old memories.

Well have a good night for now,

to my friends,

to the moon and the stars.

It may feel dark for now, but

may a bright day await you tomorrow.

Your Pooh Bear,

Always.

Re: Writing and receiving letters via virtual post

Hello @Lilaca @Oaktree @NatureLover

How lovely to be back and find so many letters in the post.

I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would get to write to Winnie the Pooh Bear and Eeyore.

I choose to be Tigger.

I promise not to be too clumsy or over (bear) ing.

It is a pleasure to have two new friends Winnie and Eeyore.

@Oaktree  I could not work out why I could not type @eeyore then realised your pseudonym is  @Oaktree

@Oaktree that was a lovely reply to my Dear Friend letter.

It makes sense about jumping into the conversation quickly: anxiety taking over.

Sophia knows all about anxiety.

ps I have a special edition statue of Winnie the Pooh with a pot of honey that my son bought me. He knows that I love all bears and collect them.

In fact I have many animals and birds about the place.

I shall write to you both separately.
