Hey @creative_writer, sorry to hear that you are feeling this way! Recovery can be hard and it sounds like you are doing all the things but not seeing the change you would like. We all are on our own journey so what works for one person may not for another. Which make it challenging because it's hard to then know what to do.
I'm curious have you thought about either the Guided Recovery program or RecoveryClub and working with a Peer Support Worker? It can be really beneficial to have conversations with someone who gets it and might have been through something similar. You can also access the Mental Health Recovery Groups and hear from other participants about what they go through and how they cope with similar situations potentially.
