How are you feeling in the PM time now? I’m sorry you experience seizures. They must really make you feel fatigued afterwards? It’s ok to not do anything other than getting through today. Please don’t feel guilty at all. I know I feel guilty as my ability to do stuff is limited without significant real human contact. We’re here online though to offer support and a safe place to let things off your chest. Big hugs.

Hello @Cuddlebear, yesterday was definitely hard to get through for many reasons. Unfortunately today isn't that much better as I've had very little sleep, I've only had 8 hours of very broken sleep in the last 3 days. Not having physical human contact can be hard, but it's nice to have the online community here.
How are you going today?
Hello @Blackcloud, how are you doing sweet? Sending you hugs ❤️

@Dreamy @Cuddlebear @Shaz51 I’m feeling ok today I think. Had a feedback session with the lecturer this afternoon and had to redo 3 drawings. I’ve finished one, but the other two I don’t know if I’m able to do it. Plus, I feel like it’s impossible to do them based on the complexity (that’s what my brains telling me right now)
good thing I won’t continue to study fine/visual arts after this

@Blackcloud was going to ask how it went with your lecturer, having to redo 3 drawings is tough. It's great that you have done one and I believe you can do the other ones. Take your time with them and if you need to have a break to refocus then that's ok. You've got this ❤️

@Dreamy Thanks ❤️ will see how I’ll go with them in the next few days. Though at the same time, I really don’t think I can do them at all 🥲 perhaps it’s best I should give up on them and submit the portfolio as is 😅
I find it so easy to give up on things that I know are impossible and difficult to do as that’s usually the mindset that I have.

@Shaz51 That was a fantastic tip! Thank you!
How are you feeling after taking it easy today? Do you find the evenings help to settle your mind? Or are they hard?
I enjoy hanging out with my seeing guide dog. He is very clever and he’s truly such a sweet and loving fur baby. I also like to do craft but I find it hard to do when I’m feeling rubbish. I like going to a cafe and having a coffee and chat if someone is around and available to go with. I’m a bit limited with stuff due to my eye sight and hearing loss. I love seeing art. I am on NDIS and my support worker takes me and describes the art to me. I really enjoy sitting at the local Port Philip Bay. It’s very relaxing and I love the smell of the ocean. One of my favourite things is hanging out with my adult daughter when she’s available. I love poetry and books. Movies and tv shows are good too but can be inaccessible. What things do you like?
