Something that REALLY helps me when I need a boost is having one effervescent drink and vitamin tablets containing B vitamins and vitamin C (I don't think I can name the brand). When I just need a 'pick me up', the coffee is no good. I need to get the vitamins and minerals i need so I have one of these drinks. I dissolve the tablet in water @Tarmac_6 If the drink gives me too much of any vitamin or mineral, I know it'll just pass right through me so I'm not fussed.
But this is just something that works for me. I'm mindful we are all different and what works for me may not work for you.
When I first started drinking this, I remember calling it the bright yellow pee drink. I would often be so full of energy after having it and not remember why until I went to the toilet and then remembered that I'd had the drink.
Oh, I have it only a few times a month. I don't have it everyday. It's only when I really need some energy.

Well sounds like something to try @tyme, guess it’s just trial and error to find something that works!

Yeah, it's a bit like that sometimes - trial and error @Tarmac_6
Do you have much on this week ahead?

Arghhh..uni work. It's constant. I think I'm sick of assignments. I've got one I have to work on tonight after I clock off here @Tarmac_6
I remember with uni, as soon as one assigment was over, there would be the pressure of the next... until you finally finish your degree lol.
I've had one course I've enjoyed at uni.. the rest I did it for the sake of it.
