I can relate to you. I once spent a two year period in bed 18 hours a day. I just got up to get my kids to school and then spent a couple of hours with them after school. I was absolutely not functional. I ended up going to hospital and asking them to change my medication. It took a long time to move past this period of my life. I now get up early but I still sleep 10 - 12 hours at night because I go to bed super early. I go to Tafe now. There is hope.
