Thanks @MissLil
I try to inspire others too - it gives me a platform of sorts I guess - where I can use my past challenges and current events to maintain a voice that allows others to be heard - and to hear.
Life is not easy - my own childhood was traumatic - no need for details - and my adult life accumulated PTSD - most of which I have overcome or deal with - I am a senior now and I have reached this point in life through trial and error - and still life throws curved balls - I continue though.
Asking for help isn't easy - but necessary. I recently had surgery and asked for a pre-med and got it - people listened - and it is really something when our needs are taken seriously and we are cared for.
It can happen - and I am glad you also seek to inspire others.
