Duplicates of Images Filed on the forum

Hi,

Another one for IT?

I saved an image (1 copy) of my painting Outpouring of Grace and yet 3 copies show when I go into my profile. I thought I'd accidentally saved multiple copies so this morning I went to delete 2. After the first deletion there were 0 copies. Most confusing! I had to go and reload it, then edit the post I'd shared it in and add it back again.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Before I pass this on to IT, can I grab some more info? 

1.) How many copies can you see on your profile now?

2.) How many times have uploaded them in total?

2.) How many times have uploaded them in total? 2 (deleted 1 once, all went), reloaded 1 but 3 show

Hi kristin,

Just following up on this bug. I let IT know, and they have advised that it's not something that they can fix immediately, and will need to get in contact with our software people. So that's where it's at for now. I will keep you in the loop about further developments.
