Thank you, @creative_writer , @Eve7  and @Snowie  for your kind words and wishes. Did nothing yesterday except knock myself out with books and then walk to the library for more books. They are my drug of choice. Still depressed.

Hi @NatureLover that’s a great idea “knocking yourself out with library books”! I did that recently and read Prince Harry’s book, SPARE.

I hope you start to feel better soon as the days get a bit warmer.

My appointment was ok and we talked about my meds with us both agreeing on a lower dose of the antipsychotic @Snowie 

I came out of the appointment extremely tired and have struggled through the day at work.

My day has been ok @Snowie @and work got better the longer I was there. Just waiting for fish n chips now.

Sunday I am out all day, helping out at an event.
