Wow @Kyle1 that seems like such a long time. I'm sorry to hear that especially as you've been really struggling lately. It seems so unfair. I have no words of advice, just validation that it doesn't seem like a mental health system working well with long waits like that 😞

@Kyle1 @ It's difficult dealing with mental illness. It's worse when you feel like you are doing it alone. I've been there.

Hold on.

One day at a time feels trite but sometimes it's down to dealing with the next half hour,. and then the next. But it will get easier.

If I give life the opportunity it will eventually change for the better. Just never ruddy soon enough for my taste. Sometimes life needs a fast forward button.

I am finding the shortage of those in said professions a little strange.  Seems like it is a little manufactured in order to keep prices high.  IMHO.

You can do this.  The responses on here are mostly not paid and a bit random I know.  What are the distractions that have worked for you so far?
