Strange apparition

Just putting it out there, I have never really had problems with apparitions or visions, apart from normal thoughts based on general research. Buy lately I have a sensation in my mind of a dark shadow hovering over Melbourne. Not huge, like a blurry blind spot in your vision. It's like a force that wants to gain control, and I can resist it but not sure if I could handle it if I tried to accept it. I am in regional Victoria and finally, after a lot of years, in stable accommodation. Not sure what to do about it as it is becoming a regular fixture in my thoughts. I'm not concerned but think I am being urged to make a decision about it. Never had anything like this before.
