@tyme, thanks for the question - I am doing a graduate certificate in autism and neurodivergent studies. Once I have finished the graduate certificate I will go on to do the masters and then I will be fully qualified as a developmental educator. I am working towards becoming a DE! I am excited to become a DE and have a great career helping other people on the autism spectrum!

That is AMAZING! I never knew such a certificate or course existed! That's so so awesome! And I guess you can later have your own business and so consultancy work around making workplaces safe for neurodivergent people. Sounds soooo cool @Jake63
