Yes, we are not a crisis service @Flowerlove22 

If someone has mentioned a post that indicates that they are in a risk of SI, we have a duty of care to check-in with them.

If we are unable to reach the person and they have not replied back, it is part of our job to contact the ES to ensure safety of the person.
